The Bluewater Beach Grill is located the closest to the surf and Corky with his friends now have a place to hang.

Come on in and vist with us the next time your near the beach and the South Jetty. Happy hour is every day from 4 'till 7!

Corky Blue was a ripper from the start.  He had a fierce love for surfing, so he packed up and traveled the beaches of the world in search of epic waves.

From Baja to Costa Rica, he paddled and ripped through years of turquoise sets and offshore winds, cooking at local beach shacks by night so he could surf with the locals when the sun came up.

With every swell he absorbed surfing lore and talked story with stoked riders, gathering classic local flavor for primo food and libations.  With his dog Duke, Corky made his way back to his homebreak at Fort Pierce, where he hangs with his old crew at the North Jetty.

He turned his well honed recipes into “Dakine” menu, and cooks at our hometown Bluewater Beach Grill, creating EPIC GRINDS and still charges big waves at our local surf spots, where you’ll find him in the lineup, waiting for the next peak in the clear blue sea.

Corky’s here and there ... still traveling some for waves, but he’s found his place in the sun.  He’s a local again ... and he knows what it is to be a guest.  Corky says, “make every guest feel like a local.”
